A BIT ABOUT US

Supporting families experiencing infant/child loss or illness.

Here at The Sunshine Fund, we know what it is like to lose a child. We want to be a catalyst for a bit of sunshine during what can be the darkest days for children and families. The Sunshine Fund promises to provide those moments of sunshine when families need it most.

"Sunshine Kits" for Local Hospitals

The Sunshine Fund partners with local hospitals to provide "Sunshine Kits." These kits are given to families experiencing infant/child loss or illness. Sunshine Kits will include items such as: handmade quilts and blankets, hats, clothing, memorial jewelry, memorial boxes, and more. Most noteworthy, these kits will provide families with professional photography. Our photographers are trained and experienced in taking photos during some of the most challenging moments for families. The beautiful photos that we capture are the gift that families will treasure forever. If you would like to learn more about partnering with us to create these kits, please fill out a contact form below.

Memory Bears

We are very excited to partner with Everlasting Stitch LLC. This partnership allows us to cover the costs of a

memory bear for families who have experienced a loss of a child (12 and under). If you are interested in

having a memory bear created, please complete this form to join our waitlist.

Catered Meals

After experiencing a loss, the thought of meal preparation can feel daunting. The Sunshine Fund works with local caterers to provide a week of meals for families who've experienced a loss. Reach out to us if you or someone you know would benefit from this service.
